What We Will Do Together

  • Spearhead, champion and lead the efforts for our signature Light the Night campaign 2019 and ensure the overall success of the event  
  • Identify, recruit and actively support senior volunteer ambassadors and assure that they are effectively engagedManage a portfolio of prospects and actively participate in the cultivation and acquisition of major donors, foundation and corporate contributions through grants, sponsorship and/or in-kind support
  • Manage the regional corporate partner development program, including the securement of sponsors and retail partners for the annual Light The Night (LTN) Walks in the region
  • Set, measure, and track short-term and long-term goals for campaigns and for individual staff members
  • Work with the Regional Director to build, develop and retain a strong team by sustaining an efficient organizational structure, creating an environment that enables staff to excel
  • Recruit, develop, and provide leadership, direction and coaching to the regional team to ensure the successful implementation of the regional Operational Plan and vision; provide leadership to regional projects
  • Ensure a flawless delivery of all community events in order to improve participant experience and retention

You yearn for freedom to work on your own terms and embrace the responsibility that comes with that.  You are looking for a permanent position in Vancouver, BC
