Each person has their journey towards a destination dependent on differing circumstance, opportunity, privilege, learning and understanding. Recently, AFP Canada initiated an effort to reformulate its board to be more reflective of Canada's demographics and the fundraising profession. Scott Decksheimer (former Chair of AFP Canada and its nominating process chair) and Sana Mahboob (former AFP Manitoba President and committee member for AFP Canada) will discuss how AFP Canada worked through its recent process, what is still in progress, and help offer learning to those starting this important journey. Scott and Sana will also learn from each of you to help deepen everyone's learning and understanding about inclusion.
