Breakfast Event - Blended Gifts - Major and Legacy Gifts

Blended Gifts - How to engage, inform and empower your donors about major gifts and legacy giving to support your mission - today and into the future.

Thursday, January 23, 2020
7:00am - 9:00am
Vancouver Public Library, 350 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 6B1

This session will discuss the solicitation of major gifts from individuals including gift planning approaches and techniques under one giving umbrella. A foundation for this work is the development of a donor centred approach with a unified fundraising team to solicit both current and future major gifts from individuals.

Additional topics to be covered include distinguishing between major gifts of cash and assets and a review of some specific current and future gifts tailor-made for different types of donors. After the session, your will have a tool kit of major gift techniques and gift vehicles to newly engage and inform your donor base to support your mission today and into the future.
