The Board of Directors of the AFP Greater Vancouver Chapter hereby give notice that the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2020 at 5:00pm via Zoom

  1. To receive and file the Financial Statements of AFP Greater Vancouver for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019.
  2. To vote on the Board of Director nominees.
  3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.

To ensure your vote is counted, please be sure to register for the event. Due to this year's AGM being a virtual event, votes will be considered Reverse Order - votes will be assumed with consent unless someone raises their hand in zoom, uses the chat, or verbally objects during this meeting.

This event is closed to members only. Please ensure you are logged into your member account before registering.

The 2020 AGM Package is now available for review here. This will also be emailed, along with the meeting link, to all registrants by Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
