Batsch Group Inc. @EASE Fund Development Software Donor Centred Fund Development / The Knowledge Driven Charity
Donor information management is difficult for most charities and we can help! It doesn’t matter how big or how small, whether national or local, the capture and maintenance of quality donor data often appears as a footnote on the fund raising priority list.
Data management is not just a record of donations along with a name and address, nor is it found in abstract notes; it is a strategic approach to managing all aspects of how a donor or funder can interact with a charity; past, present and future.
We understand data and its need to be managed. We evaluate your current situation and put a program in place to ensure better data capture and better information management, two areas that impact on your ability to fund raise effectively and use your time efficiently.
We are the authors of From Chaos to Control Build a High Performance Team using Knowledge Management. As the developers of @EASE Fund Development Software, we have worked closely and at the grass roots of organizations wanting to use their time and information effectively.
