At only 45 years old, Robert Heimbecker has quickly become an active member of Vancouver’s philanthropic community. Since creating the R.G Heimbecker Foundation in 2013, Rob has personally donated close to $700,000 to charities both local and around the world. Having donated over $110,000 to the Canadian Cancer Society, Rob has made a commitment to support children and youth affected by cancer. Specifically, he has founded a media arts program for the kids of Camp Goodtimes, the Society’s summer camp for children and families facing childhood cancer.

In addition, he is currently working with the Canadian Cancer Society and Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver to create a SuperCars for SuperKids event to benefit kids affected by cancer. On top of Rob’s involvement with the CCS, he sits on the board of the Better Life Foundation, supports people living in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, the Run for Water Foundation and the Reign Foundation.
